Q: Why isn't Real Music Tones an available choice in the SMS message that I received after requesting the ringtone?
Unfortunately, not all titles come in the Real Music Tones format. Please make sure the ringtone is available as a Real Music tone before ordering.
Q: My Phone supports Polyphonic, why doesn't it support Real Music Tones?
Although Real Music Tones are downloaded in the same way as Polyphonic, Real Music Tones compatibility is a relatively new feature. There are not that many phones that currently support Real Music Tones although this is quickly changing. The new phones being released today often time support Real Music Tones.
Q: I haven't received my Real Music Tones ringtone yet?
Normally, a message sent to your wireless phone should be delivered in a few moments, but occasionally system delays may cause it to take a few minutes longer. Make sure that your 2-Way text messaging is functional. If you haven't received the ringtone, then the carriers network may be busy.
Q: What is the procedure for ordering a Real Music Tones Ringtone?
You will first send an initial request via SMS requesting the appropriate title using the 5-digit song code to 83700.
you will then get the following sms response from our server: "Help us send you the right ringtone! REPLY 1 for Polyphonic, 2 for Real Music tone, or 3 for Monophonic. For help and FAQ go to ringer.wmg.com"
Reply 2 to the message for Real Music Tones version of the song title that you want.
You will then receive a Wap Push/Browser message with Music Tones Ringtone as the subject. Go to the message and you will see the following: "Click Here to Download, Here is your Real Music Tones Ringtone"
Click on the link to download the ringtone. And preview the ringtone then save it to your phone.
